KFC

This is to give an update on the review I gave this branch about 2 years ago. I am currently writing this as I finish munching on a choose and match deal of regular fries and mashed potatoes plus an additional order of hot and krispy chicken, boy oh boy have the tables turned around here (not literally lol). I would like to commend the management of KFC Philippines for seemingly listening to my previous outcry 2 years ago, ever since then, I noticed the staff have been more courteous and professional in their work, some of them I warmingly even have become friends with and share a laugh with whenever I come back for my weekly cravings of the colonel’s signatures. Recently they even put up self ordering kiosks to keep up with the branches in the metro. Again, to the top management of KFC, to those in charge of customer service, the managers and staff of this branch, I congratulate all of you in your dedication in making a complete 180 of this place, you all have my deepest respect and admiration. I hope you guys keep up the great work. And so from a lifelong patron, I say, Kudos! KFC Vigan!
